Community meeting

The community assembly consists of the first mayors and other appointed councilors from all member communities. As of January 2019 (including the mayor), these are four members from Eibelstadt and three members each from Frickenhausen, Sommerhausen and Winterhausen.

Cooperation between the member communities

Equipment for the municipal building yards is partially procured together so that it can be used by every member municipality.

Management of associations

The Eibelstadt administrative community also administers the Eibelstadt primary school association.

Since the beginning of the 2016/2017 school year, pupils from all member communities have been taught at the Eibelstadt primary school.

After the elementary school association is congruent with the administrative community in terms of the member communities, it is to be integrated into the administrative community on January 1, 2018.

history

With the ordinance of the government of Lower Franconia of April 12, 1976 with effect from May 1, 1978, the Eibelstadt administrative community was formed from the municipalities of Stadt Eibelstadt, Markt Frickenhausen a. Main, Markt Sommerhausen and Markt Winterhausen founded. At that time the legislature wanted to preserve the independence of the respective communities.

Since the Eibelstadt administrative community was founded, proximity to the citizen has always been a top priority. This is shown above all in the fact that despite a joint administration in Eibelstadt, citizens have the opportunity to go to the branch offices in the individual member communities which are occupied half-day for official business.

The newsletter has also been published every 14 days since 1978.

Since it was founded, 13 young people have been trained for administration.
