The Großharthau administrative association is an administrative association in the Free State of Saxony in the Bautzen district . It is located in the west of the district, about 6 km west of the city of Bischofswerda and 26 km east of the state capital Dresden . The federal highway 4 runs north of the community area. It can be reached via the Ohorn connection . Bundesstraße 6 runs through Großharthau .
