The administrative community of Lechfeld in the Swabian district of Augsburg was created on May 1, 1978 by statutory order of the government of Swabia , when the communities of Graben , Klosterlechfeld and Untermeitingen merged to form an administrative community. Graben left the administrative community on January 1, 1994, so that they are now only from the municipalities

  1. Klosterlechfeld , 2960 inhabitants, 2.36 km²
  2. Untermeitingen , 6990 inhabitants, 16.03 km²

consists.

The administrative community is based in Untermeitingen.

The municipality of Graben was released from the administrative community on January 1, 1994 .
