The administrative community Obing is located in the Upper Bavarian district of Traunstein and consists of the following communities:

  1. Kienberg , 1414 inhabitants, 22.83 km²
  2. Obing , 4332 inhabitants, 43.75 km²
  3. Pittenhart , 1827 inhabitants, 27.91 km²

The administrative association is based in Obing.

The Seebruck community was released from the administrative community on January 1, 1980. At the same time, the communities of Seebruck, Seeon and Truchtlaching (the latter belonged to the administrative community of Chieming until December 31, 1979 ) became the single community (with its own administration) Seeon-Seebruck .
