Vesterø Havn is a place in the northwest of the Danish island Læsø with 371 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020).

Vesterø Havn is the arrival point of the only ferry connection between Læsø and the mainland, more precisely Frederikshavn, which has been in operation since 1872 . The ferry port is the home port of the two ferries Margrete Læsø and Ane Læsø of the ferry company Læsø Færgeselskab . The only bus route on the island, which goes via Byrum to Østerby Havn and back, starts at Vesterø Havn's ferry terminal . The travel time around the island is around an hour.
The port of Vesterø, home to around 20 fishing trawlers , is also a popular marina, which, with a water depth of around 2.90 m, offers space for around 150 boats. In the summer months, the southern part of the harbor basin is kept free for yachts , while the fishing basin in the north is not to be used by pleasure boats. The harbor is fired and can be easily approached day and night via the fairway from the northwest, which runs between the reef areas "Rønne Rev" in the north and "Laesø NW Rev" in the west of the harbor. Concerts and harbor parties are held at the harbor in summer.

Vesterø Havn is the headquarters of Læsø Fiskeindustri. There are also various smaller shops on the main street. The main source of income is tourism , which is served by hotels, holiday homes and the camping site located just outside. The former church in Vesterø has been converted into a spa complex that is very popular with tourists. The Læsø salt cure is used there.
