Veysel Aksu (born January 1, 1985 in Turgutlu ) is a Turkish football player .

Career

Club career

Veysel Aksu started club football in the youth department of 7 Eylül İdman Yurdu and moved to Bursaspor youth in 2001 . In 2003 he received a professional contract, but continued to play mainly for the reserve team. Nevertheless, he got the opportunity to train with the professionals. In some games he was a substitute on the bench. So he made his debut on October 4, 2003 against Malatyaspor .

For the second half of the season he was given to Bursa Merinosspor . At the end of the season he returned to Bursaspor, now playing in the second division, and was active as a supplementary player here for one season.

For the 2005/06 season he moved again to Bursa Merinosspor and went after half a season from here to the first division club Kayserispor .

At the end of the season he also left Kayserispor and played successively for Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor , Samsunspor and Siirtspor .

For the 2010/11 season he then moved to Elazığspor and celebrated with this club at the end of his first season the championship of the TFF 2nd Lig and thus the direct promotion to the TFF 1st Lig . Also in the 2011/12 season he was regularly used as a supplementary player. On the penultimate matchday, they made the safe promotion to the Süper Lig .

In the summer of 2012 he moved to the second division club Kayseri Erciyesspor . With Kayseri Erciyesspor he reached the championship of the TFF 1st Lig at the end of the season and thus the direct promotion to the Süper Lig . Since his expiring contract was not extended, he hired for the coming season at the second division Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor .

In the summer of 2014 he moved to the second division Giresunspor and played for this until April 2015. For the season he moved to the league rivals Şanlıurfaspor . In January 2016, he was hired by the Istanbul club Bayrampaşaspor .

National team career

Veysel Aksu played once for the Turkish U-20 national youth team in 2006 and was nominated once for the U-21 .
