Vincent Valentine Egwuchukwu Ezeonyia
Vincent Valentine Egwuchukwu Ezeonyia CSSp (born April 5, 1941 in Uke ; † February 8, 2015 ) was a Nigerian clergyman and bishop of Aba .
Life
Vincent Valentine Egwuchukwu Ezeonyia joined the religious community of Spiritans and was ordained a priest on August 3, 1968 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him on April 2, 1990 as the first bishop of the newly established Aba diocese . The Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Nigeria , Paul Fouad Naïm Tabet , donated him episcopal ordination on July 1 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Anthony Gogo Nwedo CSSp, Old Bishop of Umuahia and Albert Kanene Obiefuna , Bishop of Awka .
