De Martin Topranin took part in the Alpine Cup from 2005 to 2010 , which she finished in 2010 with second place in the overall ranking. She ran her first World Cup race in November 2010 at the Nordic Opening in Kuusamo , which she finished in 40th place. In December 2010 she reached her first and so far only podium finish in La Clusaz with second place in the relay. At the Tour de Ski 2010/11 she finished 24th in the overall standings and thus also got her first World Cup points. At the Nordic World Ski Championships 2011 in Oslo , she reached 35th place in the 15 km pursuit race and 34th place over 10 km classic. She finished the Tour de Ski 2011/12 with 17th place overall. In December 2012 she achieved her first and so far only top ten placement in a single race in the World Cup in Canmore with eighth place in the 10 km mass start. At the Tour de Ski 2012/13 she came in 24th place overall. Her best placings at the Nordic World Ski Championships in 2013 in Val di Fiemme were 19th place in the 15 km skiathlon and eighth place in the relay. At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , she finished 44th in the 15 km skiathlon and eighth place in the relay. In the 2014/15 season she reached 66th place at the Nordic Opening in Lillehammer and 23rd place at the Tour de Ski 2015 . At the 2015 Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun , she finished 25th in the skiathlon, 24th in the 30 km mass start race and ninth in the relay. In September 2015 she won the bronze medal in the 19 km mass start race at the Rollerski World Championships in Val di Fiemme . In the 2015/16 season she finished 33rd in the World Cup mini tour in Ruka and 17th in the 2016 Tour de Ski . She achieved her best individual World Cup result of the season with seventh place in the 10 km mass start stage in Fiemme Valley . At the end of the season she came in 22nd place in the Ski Tour Canada and reached 28th place in the overall World Cup. After finishing 49th in the World Cup mini tour in Lillehammer at the beginning of the 2016/17 season, she finished 24th in the Tour de Ski 2016/17 and finally reached 66th place in the overall World Cup. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 2017 , she came in 41st place over 10 km classic and 32nd place in skiathlon.
