Vito Plut (born July 8, 1988 in the SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Slovenian football player .

Plut was among other things under contract in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League at Waasland-Beveren . The Slovenian had previously played 162 Prva Liga games for ND Gorica , NK Maribor , FC Koper and ŠD NK Kolpa in his home country . With Maribor, Plut won two championship titles and one victory in the national cup. On October 15, 2013, he signed a contract with the German third division club 1. FC Saarbrücken .

After stopping off on the island of Malta , he has been a FSV Frankfurt player in the Regionalliga Südwest since October 2017 .

Plut completed 16 appearances in the Slovenian U-21 national team .
