The WTA Moscow-2 (officially: Moscow River Cup ) was a women's tennis tournament of the WTA Tour that was held in the city of Moscow , Russia . The venue was Juan Antonio Samaranch's National Tennis Center . It replaced the Båstad tournament . In 2019 the tournament license went to Jūrmala
