Coat of arms of the Kyrgyz SSR
The coat of arms of the Kyrgyz SSR is based on the coat of arms of the Soviet Union . It shows symbols of agriculture (cotton and ears of wheat), folk art and communism (hammer and sickle). Instead of the expected globe, the Kyrgyz coat of arms shows the snow-covered Tianshan in the foreground. The rising sun symbolizes the future of the country of Kyrgyzstan , and the star stands for the victory of socialism in all five continents.
On the banner the motto “Workers of all countries, unite!” Is given in Kyrgyz and Russian . In Kyrgyz the sentence is “ Бардык өлдөрдүн пролетарлары, биринкиле! ”, In Russian“ Пролетарии всех стран, соединяйтесь! ».
