Coat of arms of the Kazakh SSR
The coat of arms of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic is based on the coat of arms of the Soviet Union . The wreath of ears symbolizes agriculture , the color red as well as hammer and sickle stand for communism . The star symbolizes the victory of socialism in all five continents and the rising sun the future of Kazakhstan .
On the banner of the coat of arms the sentence “Workers of all countries, unite!” Can be read in the two main languages of the country, Russian and Kazakh .
In Kazakh, this sentence becomes Барлық елдердің пролетарлары, бірігіңдер! written, in the planned but not introduced new Latin script the same sentence would be Barlıq elderdiñ proletarları, birigiñder! ring.
On December 25, 1991 it was replaced by the new coat of arms of Kazakhstan .
