It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt. It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. To the north is the also listed building at Weberstrasse 26 .
Architecture and history
The plastered solid building was built in the late classicist style in the second half of the 19th century. The facade is richly decorated with ornaments. On designed as a round-arched portal entrance are made of sandstone made gusset figures . The skylight of the portal is structured with narrow bars.
