The house Weberstraße 45 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. The house Weberstrasse 44 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the north and Weberstrasse 46 to the south .

Architecture and history

The core of the three-storey plastered half-timbered house goes back to the year 1816 according to a building inscription. The facade was later simply designed in the style of late classicism and its appearance is similar to that of the house further north at Weberstrasse 43 .

There is a skylight above the front door .
