The house Weberstraße 4 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. The house Weberstrasse 3 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the south and Weberstrasse 5 to the north .

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house is lower than the surrounding buildings, its core was built in 1674. Around 1800 it was plastered and its structure was changed. A profiled plaster cornice and windows located on the ground floor are striking . The appearance is largely determined by the shutters on the ground floor. Particularly noteworthy is the design of the left ground floor window , which is designed as a shop window lamp.
