The Weisselberg nature reserve is located in the municipality of Freisen in the St. Wendel district in Saarland .

The area extends west of Oberkirchen , a district of the municipality of Freisen. The state road L 311 runs through the southern part of the area, the L 133 runs to the northwest and the L 309 runs to the east.
