The nature reserve Holzhauser Wald near Türkismühle is located in the municipality of Nohfelden in the St. Wendel district in Saarland .

The area extends northwest of Türkismühle and east of Sötern , both districts of Nohfelden. The A 62 runs not far to the south and the L 135 state road to the east. The state border with Rhineland-Palatinate runs on the northern edge .
