Weixelberg is a village and a cadastral municipality in the Martinsberg municipality in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 8 building areas with 4,374 m² and 1 garden on 233 m² in the cadastral community Weixelberg , in 1989/1990 there were 8 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 31 and in 2009/2010 there were 21 buildings on 37 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 74 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 50 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 72 hectares and 51 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 70 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 51 hectares. The average soil climate of Weixelberg is 20 (as of 2010).
