Welyki Sosulynzi ( Ukrainian Великі Зозулинці ; Russian Великие Зозулинцы Velikije Sosulinzy , Polish Wełyki Zozułynci ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast Khmelnyzkyj with about 850 inhabitants (2001).

The village, first mentioned in writing in 1545, and the surrounding villages were the scene of fierce fighting between parts of the army of the Ukrainian People's Republic and the Red Army at the beginning of the 1920s .

Velyki Sosulynzi is the administrative center of the same name, 52.482 km² district municipality in the west of Rajon Krasyliv to which even the villages of Mali Sosulynzi ( Малі Зозулинці , ) has approximately 300 residents Nowossilka ( Новосілка , ) with about 20 inhabitants Pidlissja ( Підлісся , ) with about 40 inhabitants and Jucht ( Юхт , ) with about 130 inhabitants.

Velyki Sosulynzi is located at an altitude of 318  m , about 3 kilometers south of the bank of the Slutsch , a 451 km long right tributary of the Horyn , 25 km west of the Krasyliv district center and about 45 km northwest of the Khmelnytsky oblast center .
