Wham rap! (Enjoy What You Do) is a song by Wham! from 1982, written by the band and produced by George Michael in collaboration with Steve Brown. It appeared on the album Fantastic .

history

The song was originally released in June 1982, but since it was not a chart success at the time, it was only after the song Young Guns (Go for It) and after re-release in January 1983 a great success.

The style of music was based on the rap songs in the early 1980s . Since the song portrayed life financing with the help of unemployment insurance as desirable, a lot of controversy arose and George Michael emphasized in many interviews that this was meant satirically.
