Resistance south

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Resistance South is one of the supra-regional networking platforms of the militant right-wing extremist Free Comradeships , which are active in the federal states of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg .

General and history

Both the Bavarian and Baden-Wuerttemberg comradeships show up significantly less in public than other comradeships. Although they are often represented at parades, especially in West and East Germany, marches by Free Comradeships are rather rare in southern Germany. Neo-Nazis usually appear here under the leadership of the NPD / JN . However, while in northern or western Germany camaraderie as independent groups are recognizable even in NPD marches, this is rare in the south.

The fellowships there put their emphasis on the implementation of events. In Baden-Württemberg these are mainly concerts, but also lectures such as B. by Horst Mahler , Friedhelm Busse , Michael Swierczek or Christian Worch are very important. In Bavaria, in addition to lectures, "social" activities such as round tables, barbecues or football tournaments are important. They are often used by the Munich “Freizeitverein Isar 96 e. V. ”organized around long-time neo-Nazi activists Fred Eichner and Josef Ranftl.

A focus of the activities of free camaraderie is - besides Munich - in the Franconia area . The comradeship "Franconian Resistance" brought out its own fanzine from 1998 to 2000 and was present with its own banner at the few marches in Bavaria. The editors of another fanzine with the title “Der Landser” are mainly active around Nuremberg, among other things in anti-anti-fascist matters .

In Bavaria, too, websites are made available by and for neo-Nazis and contact persons for the “Kameradschaft München”. The coordination of and information about activities runs z. Sometimes via “ national information telephones” as in Karlsruhe and Munich, but mostly via internet portals and e-mail distributors.

South German "comrades" maintain close contacts with Austria, with an exchange of personnel during lectures.
