William Joseph Justice
William Joseph Justice (born May 8, 1942 in Lawrence ) is an American clergyman and emeritus Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in San Francisco .
Life
William Joseph Justice was ordained a priest on May 17, 1968 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on April 10, 2008 auxiliary bishop in San Francisco and titular bishop of Mathara in Proconsulari . He received his episcopal ordination from the Archbishop of San Francisco, George Hugh Niederauer , on May 28 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Randolph Roque Calvo , Bishop of Reno , and John Charles Wester , Bishop of Salt Lake City .
Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation on November 16, 2017.
