Wistowa ( Ukrainian Вістова ; Russian Вестовая Westowaja , Polish Wistowa ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast Ivano-Frankivsk with about 1200 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in writing 1785–1788 (another source mentions the year 1460), is the administrative center of the 20.296 km² district council of the same name in the east of Kalush Rajon , to which the village of Babyn-Sarichnyj with about 240 inhabitants belongs.
Vistowa is located on the right bank of the Limnytsia , a right tributary of the Dniester 10 km east of the Kalush district center and 24 km northwest of the Ivano-Frankivsk oblast center and has a train station on the Stryj-Ivano-Frankivsk railway line . The N 10 road runs through the village .
