Witzelsberg is a village in the market town of Scheiblingkirchen-Thernberg in Lower Austria with 70 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020).

Witzelsberg is located on the western slope of the Pittental opposite Scheiblingkirchen and Gleißenfeld . In 1849 the place belonged to the Seebenstein community , but shortly afterwards became part of the Scheiblingkirchen community. Witzelsberg has been part of the Scheiblingkirchen-Thernberg community since 1971.

The place originally belonged to the parish of Pitten, but was separated in 1783 together with Scheiblingkirchen and other villages and assigned to the newly founded parish Scheiblingkirchen.
