The Wolbórka rises near Droga krajowa 1 in the small town of Tuszyn, southeast of Łódź , runs in a general eastward direction, making an arc to the south, and flows into the city of Tomaszów Mazowiecki as a left-hand tributary after a run of 48.8 kilometers the Pilica. Its catchment area is given as 941 km².
