Teamwork - Spiel mit Ihr Star is a German game show that was first broadcast on ProSieben at the end of November 2015 . In the show, four teams, each consisting of a celebrity and his fan, play in different games. The show will be moderated by Jeannine Michaelsen . The recordings take place in Cologne-Ossendorf . The competitions of the first four editions were commented by Wolff-Christoph Fuss , since episode 5 Elmar Paulke has been commenting .

concept

Four teams, each composed of a celebrity and a fan, compete against each other. The celebrities play - sometimes with their fans - various games of skill and quiz in order to earn various amounts of money that the fan wins. The first eleven games are increasing in value. The first game is for € 1,000 and then € 1,000 more each time, so that € 11,000 can be won in the eleventh game. An additional € 100,000 is at stake in the final. At the beginning of the show, all of the celebrities compete against each other to see who will play the first game. The corresponding fan then selects the opponent from the other three teams. After every game won, the fan of the victorious celebrity has to decide whether to secure the money he has earned or to play the next game. If the fan lets his celebrity stand again and he wins again, the amounts of money are added up. Conversely, if the celebrity loses the game, the money wagered is lost. If a fan secures the money, it is the turn of the next team in the order of the numbers and may play the following game. In order to encourage a fan to continue playing, a bonus is occasionally offered via a phone call. The fan whose celebrity won the eleventh game has to decide in turn whether he wants to secure the money or play the final.

As part of the “ProSieben Summer Games 2018” on two Thursdays in August, the program was slightly adjusted: All amounts of money were halved. There are only three teams and ten games left, with the first game also being the selection game. At the end there is still a final, which is contested by the two teams with the highest account balances. The choice between saving and continuing to play between the game rounds is no longer necessary, as the amount earned is automatically saved and must be continued to play.

reception

Reviews

After the first edition, the show received mostly positive reviews.

Manuel Nunez Sanchez said onquotemeter.de that the "premiere [...] made you want more". Overall, he judged that "despite a few small defects [...] the bottom line is a pleasantly good and lovingly made piece of TV entertainment". He also thinks that a new "" Schlag den Raab "[...] is far from being born", "but at least a baby who can be trusted to partially compensate for the upcoming loss of the Raab mega-hit". However, he asks for the future that the show "should also be shown live".

Christian Spolders from RP Online criticized the fact that Saturday evening shows at ProSieben “must go at least until midnight - but they don't have to. At some point only a lot of people fall asleep, because the show, as in the case of “Teamwork”, can still be entertaining and deserve a sequel for the coming year “. His conclusion of the first show was nevertheless positive.

Peer Schader from DWDL.de also judged the show positively: “Teamwork” has what it takes to become a worthy “Schlag den Raab” successor. ”He thinks that the start“ worked out pretty well from a qualitative point of view " have.

The author of Web.de , Christian Genzel, wrote in his contribution that the show was “like a potpourri of what has so far been successful at ProSieben”. He thinks that "the mixture was presented as an entertaining show that one likes to follow up". He said, however, that the running time does not have to be “a full five hours”.
