Yannick Salem-Louniangou (born March 29, 1983 in Amiens ) is a Congolese football player. Born in France, he has been with TuRU Düsseldorf since July 2017 .

Career

The striker grew up in LB Châteauroux's youth and moved to US Créteil at the age of 18 . After various club stations in France and the Netherlands, Salem played for the Belgian second division club KSK Beveren in the 2008/09 season . In 2008 he was nominated for the first time for the Congolese national team . In 2009 he accepted an offer from Germany and signed a contract with the regional league club Eintracht Trier . Yannick Salem received a two-year contract, but already moved to Stockport County in England for the 2010/11 season . He spent the 2011/12 season in Romania with CS Concordia Chiajna .

In January 2013 the striker was signed by the relegation-threatened league club 1. FC Wülfrath . Despite his nine goals in the second half of the season, the club was relegated to the national league and Salem moved back to Romania to FCM Târgu Mureş in the second division . In August, the attacker returned to Germany and joined the upper division TuRU Düsseldorf .

From June 30, 2015 to May 2, 2017 Salem was without a club and then joined the Rather SV . In the last three games of the season he immediately scored three goals. For the new season he returned to his former club TuRU Düsseldorf, for whose reserve he plays in the district league.
