Yasutaka Tashiro

Yasutaka Tashiro ( Japanese 田 代 恭 崇 , Tashiro Yasutaka ; born June 7, 1974 ) is a former Japanese cyclist .

Yasutaka Tashiro joined the Japanese cycling team Bridgestone-Anchor in 2003 after becoming Japanese road champion in 2001 and winning a stage in the Hokkaido Tour in 2002. In his first year at Bridgestone-Anchor, he won the Prix ​​d'Amorique in France. In 2004 Tashiro was again the Japanese road race champion and represented his country in the road race at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens , where he was 57th. In the 2005 season, he won the Tour de Okinawa one-day race . At the Japan Cup 2006 he finished 14th; in the same year he won two stages of the Tour de Taiwan .
