Fumiyuki Beppu ( Japanese 別 府 史 之 , Beppu Fumiyuki ; born April 10, 1983 in Chigasaki ) is a Japanese cyclist .

Fumiyuki Beppu has been an elite cyclist since 2005. By 2016 he was the Japanese road racing champion twice and the individual time trial three times . In 2008 he became the Asian road champion , and in 2016 he finished third in the continental championships .

In 2008 and 2012 Beppu competed in road races as well as in time trials at the Olympic Games. In 2008 in Beijing he could not finish the road race and was 38th in the individual time trial, four years later in London he was 22nd in the road race and 24th in the time trial.

Beppu's older brother Takumi is also a cyclist.
