Yuri Sardarov

Yuri Sardarov (born January 28, 1988 in the USSR ) is an American actor and producer . He works in the theater as well as in film and television productions.

Life

Yuri Sardarov is an actor of Georgian - Armenian descent who grew up in Northbrook , Illinois . Sardarov came to the USA when he was 2 years old . He began his studies at Glenbrook North High School , near Chicago , which he graduated in 2006.

Career

In 2010, Sardarov graduated from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor , where he was a student body, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in acting .

Sardarov currently lives in Los Angeles and Chicago. During the television production of Chicago Fire he lived intermittently with his series colleagues Joe Minoso and Charlie Barnett .

In 2011 Sardarov played the character Leo in The Double - Eiskaltes Duell , as well as in the role of Mike in the 2011 film The Ides of March - Days of Treason . In 2012 Sardarov portrayed Rossi in Argo , and in 2013 he appeared in the movie Quad as Nick Khan .

In addition, since 2008 Sardarov was an actor in several short films and television series and had various short appearances in various productions.

From 2012 to 2019 Sardarov played the fireman Brian "Otis" Zvonecek in the NBC television series Chicago Fire and since 2014 in the spin-off Chicago PD. In this role, Sardarov was dubbed by Wanja Gerick .
