Zachary Abel

Zachary Burr Abel (born September 4, 1980 in Middletown , Indiana ) is an American actor .

Life

Zachary Abel was born in September 1980 in Middletown, Indiana, and grew up there. He then studied finance and international business at Washington University in St. Louis .

He began his career in 2007 on an episode of the popular crime series CSI: Vegas . He then got a leading role in the web series My Alibi as Jonah Madigen . In 2009 he starred as Max Enriquez in a multi-part story arc for The Secret Life of the American Teenager . This was followed by guest appearances in The Big Bang Theory and 90210 . He also starred in the horror film Forget Me Not in 2009 .

His breakthrough as an actor he succeeded with the role of Carter Anderson in the ABC Family - Youth series Make It or Break It , which he played for in 2009. For this he got a nomination for Best Male Actor in a Summer TV Series at the Teen Choice Awards 2010 , which he lost to Ian Harding . In 2011 he made guest appearances in The Secret Circle and Awkward - My so-called life .

In April 2012, Abel got the male lead of Mitchell Taylor in the pilot episode Shelter radio station The CW , by JJ Abrams and Mark Schwahn was conceived.
