action

The rich industrialist Nanda throws his eldest son Ramesh out of the house when he and his poor wife Seema asks for a blessing for their marriage.

Years later, Nanda deeply regrets that decision and his younger son Ravi goes looking for his brother Ramesh. However, this turns out to be more difficult than expected, because Ravi's uncle Shekhar is after the money of his half-brother Nanda.

Ravi soon finds out that his brother and sister-in-law are no longer alive. Their son Pappu is now growing up with Seema's sister Kanchan. In fact, he meets Kanchan on the way, not knowing that it is Ramesh's sister-in-law. During his journey, the two fall in love. But one day Kanchan discovers a family photo of Ravi and sees no hope for their love.

Shekhar has now arranged for his lover to pretend to be Kanchan in order to gain access to the inheritance. The plan backfires when Ravi shows up with the real Kanchan and himself. After some more turbulence, Shekhar is shot by his abandoned son Robin and nothing stands in the way of the new family happiness.
