Zellingen is the capital of the municipality of Zellingen in the Lower Franconian district of Main-Spessart in Bavaria .

The place is 175  m above sea level. NHN on the left bank of the Main between Würzburg and Karlstadt .

history

Zellingen was a municipality in the Karlstadt district until its dissolution. Zellingen has been part of the Main-Spessart district since July 1, 1972 . On December 10, 2016, the village had 3784 main residents.
