Zlatko Vujović (born August 26, 1958 in Sarajevo ) is a former Yugoslav football player .
Career
Vujović began his career in 1976 with his twin brother Zoran at Hajduk Split . He won the Yugoslav Championship once with the Croats and the Yugoslav Cup twice. During his time in Split he was also appointed to the Yugoslav national team for the 1982 World Cup in Spain , where Vujović was used three times and the Yugoslavs were eliminated in the first group stage, and for the 1984 European Football Championship in France , where the striker was used three times and the selection, the same fate befell as 1982. Vujović was also a member of the Yugoslav selection, 1980 in Moscow at the Olympic football tournament took part and finished fourth. In 1981 he was named Footballer of the Year in Yugoslavia.
In 1986 he moved to France to Girondins Bordeaux . In his first year in Weinstadt , he was able to win a French championship and a French cup . In 1988 he moved to the Côte d'Azur to AS Cannes . After only a year in Cannes , Vujović went to the capital of France to Paris Saint-Germain . During his time on the Seine , he was appointed to the Yugoslav squad for the 1990 World Cup in Italy . Vujović played five times and got a yellow card, Yugoslavia were eliminated in the quarter-finals. After two years in Paris , he went to FC Sochaux , where he was only active for one year. He then let his career at OGC Nice end in the 1992/1993 season.
