Zuclo is a fraction of the municipality ( comune ) Borgo Lares and was an independent municipality in Trentino in the autonomous region of Trentino-South Tyrol until 2015 .
geography
Zuclo is located about 29 kilometers southwest of Trento at an altitude of 595 mslm in the Inner Judicaria on the orographic right side of the valley of the Sarca river . The community belonged to the valley community Comunità delle Giudicarie . Neighboring communities were Bleggio Superiore , Bolbeno , Bondo , Ledro , Preore and Tione di Trento .

On January 1, 2016, Zuclo merged with Bolbeno to form the new municipality of Borgo Lares.
