Lydd Air is a British airline based in Ashford, Kent, United Kingdom. It operates scheduled charter passenger services, air charter and air freight services, as well as an ACMI or fractional ownership programme. Its main bases are London Ashford Airport (Lydd Airport) and Paris Plage Airport (LTQ), Le Touquet.[1]
History
The airline was established and started operations in June 1997. Jonathan Gordon (Managing Director of Lydd Air) acquired Lydd Airport in June 1996 and a year later started Sky Trek Airlines as a wholly owned subsidiary of his aviation consultancy, Air Bridge Aviation. It was relaunched as Lydd Air in April 2002. The airline is wholly owned by South East Airports and has seven employees (at March 2007).[1]

- Airbridge from Ashford to Le Touquet year round.
- Charters to: Amsterdam, Brussels, Calais, Channel Islands, Cherbourg, Dinard, Ostend, Paris and Rennes.

Previously operated
The Lydd Air fleet consisted of 3 Britten-Norman BN2A MkIII Trislander aircraft which bore the names Liberté, Egalité and Fraternité.
