Ryanair UK Ltd. is a British low cost airline with headquarters and base at London Stansted Airport . It is a subsidiary of the Irish low-cost airline Ryanair .
history
Ryanair UK was incorporated as Dawndell Limited on May 30, 1985 and was renamed Ryan Air UK Limited on June 27, 1985. Since the November 1, 1995 is the Ryanair UK Limited, but was more than a shelf company ( dormant company performed). In a statement dated January 2, 2018, Ryanair announced that its subsidiary Ryanair UK submitted an application to the UK Aviation Authority for an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) on December 21, 2017 . On January 3, 2019, the British Aviation Authority issued the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) for Ryanair UK. Ryanair's Boeing 737-800 , which was given the British registration G-RUKA on December 20, 2018 , was registered on Ryanair UK after receiving the AOC.
