Alumni of Mayo College and now Mayo College Girls School are often referred to as Old Mayoites, they include Statesmen, Writers, Athletes, Businesspersons, Diplomats etc. Please find below a representative (but not exhaustive) list of well-known Mayoites:

  • Lt. HH Maharaja Rana Sir Shri RAJENDRA SINGHJI Dev Bahadur 1929/1943 (Of Jhalawar), born 15th July 1900, educated at Mayo College, Ajmer and at Oxford, served as a Lieutenant in the Indian Army, keen photographer and poet, he composed poetry under the pen name of ‘Sudhakar’ and Urdu Shairi using the name of ‘Makhmoor’
  • Rajendra Shekhar: Director General of Police, Rajasthan and Prime Minister V. P. Singh's nominee for CBI chief. Author of "Not A Licence To Kill" a book on police reforms, and his memoirs, Defining Moments which includes sections about Mayo College
