Yuji Nakazawa (中澤 佑二, Nakazawa Yūji, born February 25, 1978) is a Japanese football player who currently plays for the J-league team Yokohama F. Marinos. In 2004 Nakazawa was voted the J Leagues most valuable player after leading Yokohama to the J League title. He also played a key role in Japan's Asian Cup 2004 success. He played in all of Japan's World Cup 2006 group games. He has recently been rumoured to be considering international retirement
