State of Euphoria is the fourth studio album by the thrash metal band Anthrax. It was released in September of 1988 by Megaforce Worldwide/Island Entertainment.

Album information

The band and Mark Dodson produced and Alex Perialas engineered the album. Except for a few classic tracks, including "Antisocial" and "Be All, End All", the critical reception was lukewarm; it failed to live up to the expectations set by the band's previous album, Among the Living.

State of Euphoria hit #30 on the Billboard's Billboard 200 chart and the album was certified Gold by the RIAA

The song, "Now It's Dark," was made into simlish for the radio on the The Sims PC game.
