(1058) Grubba is an asteroid of the main belt , which was discovered on June 22, 1925 by the Russian astronomer Grigori Abramowitsch Schain at the Crimean Observatory in Simejis ( IAU code 094).
The asteroid is named after Howard Grubb from Sir Howard Grubb, Parsons and Co. , England, who built the 40-inch reflector of the Crimean Observatory.
