(3485) Barucci is an asteroid of the main belt , the American US on 11 July 1983 by the astronomer Edward LG Bowell at the Anderson Mesa Station ( IAU code 688) of the Lowell Observatory in Coconino County was discovered.
The asteroid was named after the astronomer Maria A. Barucci .
