(5520) Natori is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 12 September 1990 by Japanese astronomers Takeshi Urata at the Oohira station of Nihondaira Observatory ( IAU code 385) in Shimizu in Shizuoka Prefecture was discovered.
The asteroid was named after the Japanese astronomer Akira Natori .
