Änne Bruck

Änne Bruck (born August 23, 1907 in Hamburg , † December 13, 1978 in Munich ) was a German actress , dubbing and radio play speaker .

Life

Bruck began acting in films from 1936. After the war she was first seen in DEFA productions, such as “The man whose name was stolen” (1945) directed by Wolfgang Staudte . In the scandalous film Die Sünderin (1951) she embodied the mother of the leading actress Hildegard Knef . She also spoke numerous roles in radio play productions . From the 1960s she was increasingly active in television series. She was married to the actor Heinz Frölich until her death in 1978 .
