Özgür Karadeniz

Özgür Karadeniz (born June 10, 1977 in Artvin , Turkey ) is a German actor .

Life

Özgür Karadeniz grew up in Kiel . Between 1999 and 2002 he completed his acting studies at the Folkwang University in Essen . After appearances at the Schauspielhaus Bochum and the Theater an der Ruhr , he became a permanent member of the ensemble at the Schauspiel Frankfurt from the 2002/2003 season . Since then he has been seen in numerous classical and modern roles, but also worked in the field of dramaturgy . The Turkish-born actor had a title role in the 2004/2005 season in George Taboris Weismann and Rotgesicht . In November 2008, Türke sucht das Superdeutschland - a musical journey through Karadeniztan, a theater evening based on an idea and a concept by Karadeniz and Florian Fiedler premiered at the Frankfurter Schauspiel. In 2011 he played at the Munich Volkstheater . Other theater stations since then have been the Hanover Theater , the Basel Theater , the German Theater Berlin , the Bonn Theater , the Cologne Theater and the Theater am Neumarkt Zurich .

Karadeniz also works as a film actor and has appeared in various films in the Tatort series since 2005 , such as series such as Danni Lowinski , Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei und Großstadtrevier .

Karadeniz also works as a lecturer at the School for Drama Hamburg .
