Ņikita Meškovs ( Russian: Никита Евгеньевич Мешков ; born June 30, 1994 in Riga ) is a Latvian chess player .
He won the Latvian individual championship in Riga in 2018 . He played for Latvia at two Chess Olympiads : 2016 and 2018 .
In the German federal chess league he plays for SG Speyer-Schwegenheim .
In 2014 he was awarded the title of International Master (IM) and in 2017 the title of Grand Master (GM).
