The Zarnow is a small river in central Mecklenburg, southeast of Rostock .
geography
The Zarnow arises from several drainage ditches between the nature reserve Göldenitzer Moor and the nature reserve Groß Potremser Moor east of the federal highway 103 near Göldenitz and flows westwards. It crosses the B 103 two kilometers southeast of Dummerstorf , flows through the Zarnowbachtal , which is part of the Zarnowbachtal and Großes Moor nature reserve . Before the Zarnow flows through the village of Prisannewitz , the Zarnegraben flows from the north . This rises south of the Rostock motorway junction and flows between Kavelstorf and Dummerstorf parallel to federal motorway 19 . After Prisannewitz, the Zarnow flows north past the 120-hectare Zarnow forest area , flows past Klingendorf and flows into the Warnow behind Reez .
