Ɽ
The Ɽ (lower case ɽ) is a letter of the Latin writing system . It consists of an R, the left leg of which has been extended by a hook. The capital letter can have two different forms, a capital letter R with a hook and an enlarged lower case letter r with a hook, the former form occurring more frequently.
The letter is used in several languages spoken in Sudan , including Heiban , Koalib , Moro, and Otoro . The lowercase letter ɽ also represents the voiced retroflex flap in the international phonetic alphabet .
