(1013) Tombecka is an asteroid of the main belt , which was discovered on January 17, 1924 by the Russian astronomer Beniamin Pavlovich Schechowski in Algiers . The asteroid is named after the French chemist Daniel Tombeck .

Its orbit has a semi-major axis of 2.7 and an orbital eccentricity of 0.21. It moves around the sun in 4.4  years . The orbit is inclined 11.9 ° to the ecliptic .

The asteroid is 20 miles in diameter and has an albedo of 0.16. In about 6 hours it rotates around its own axis.
