(11667) Testa is an asteroid of the main belt discovered on October 19, 1997 by the Italian astronomers Luciano Tesi and Andrea Boattini at the Osservatorio Astronomico della Montagna Pistoiese ( IAU code 104) in Tuscany .
The asteroid was named on January 24, 2000 after the Italian amateur astronomer Augusto Testa (* 1950).
